This storage bench style was exactly what I was looking for! It was quick and easy to assemble. It's wide enough for 2 people. These benches come in varying seat heights...this one is ~18 inches, and very comfortable. The cushion is supportive, but not too hard. The material feels nice and smooth. The hinges to open the storage compartment are not cylinder type, but sturdy, and the seat stays up when upright. There is quite a bit of storage space...enought for pillows, or a blanket, or comforter. I think it's the perfect complement to my bedroom, and definitely the perfect place to sit and dress. Definitely recommend it, and a good value, overall.
