Newtin Mid-Century Modern Lounge Chair

Great combination of modern style and everyday comfort.

The design is excellent, and the quality is very high. The fabric finish is superb, and the stability is a perfect 10 out of 10. Assembly was a little tricky, but I managed to put it together. I absolutely love it—it adds a beautiful touch to my living room.

I was excited for this midcentury chair, but overall it was a bit disappointing. Right out of the box there was garbage/debris mixed in with the packaging, which didn’t give a great first impression. Some of the wood pieces also arrived cracked. Once assembled, the chair does look decent and fits the midcentury style well, but the materials feel a little lower quality than expected. There are also a few noticeable imperfections in the finish and construction. Don’t expect premium craftsmanship or durability.

Newton Mid-Century Modern Lounge Chair was easy to put together. It is a very durable chair. Cert comfort when sitting. The cushion is a little hard right now but hopefully will soften a bit. I loved the tufting, pill-resistant fabric, and extra foam. It was easy enough to put together and all the tools needed were included. It came carefully packed with no issues.
